Open Eudora 3

Step 2.
Click on Tools

Step 3.
Click on Options

Step 4.
Click on Personalities

Step 5.
Click on New

Step 6.
You will come to the screen below

You will notice the red arrow in the image below.

In this line you will need to use the following format replacing JohnSmith and yourdomain.com with your login and domain name:

johnsmith%yourdomain.com@mail.yourdomain.com
